A slow, private 5-day holiday in Turkey’s tea country, built around wooden bungalow stays in Fırtına Valley and on the Ayder Plateau. It suits couples, honeymooners and families who want nature, river sounds and local food more than long drives. Start and finish at Trabzon Airport (TZX); Rize-Artvin Airport (RZV) is also possible.
Your own licensed guide every day: every departure includes a private, licensed English-speaking guide plus a private vehicle and driver – only your group, never strangers. Prices are per person and get lower the more people travel together (1 to 8 travellers).
Every departure is private: your own vehicle and driver, flexible timing and no strangers. The route stays in Rize, so driving times are short – usually under two hours a day.

- Fırtına Valley – a river valley of Ottoman-era stone arch bridges, waterfalls and the medieval Zilkale fortress.
- Ayder Plateau (about 1,350 m) – thermal springs, Gelintülü Waterfall and wooden Hemşin houses.

- Rize tea terraces – Turkey’s main tea-growing area, with a tea garden and factory visit.
- Kız Kalesi (Maiden’s Castle) – a small castle on a rock in the sea at Pazar.

Day by day
Your driver meets you at Trabzon Airport and drives east along the Black Sea coast to Rize. Stop at the hilltop tea garden above the city for your first glass of Rize tea, then continue into Fırtına Valley and check in to your riverside bungalow.
Overnight: Fırtına Valley (wooden bungalow).
